What is a Marketing Funnel

Apr 6

What is a marketing channel? And why should an online marketer need one?

It's a strategy for marketing to encourage potential customers to buy products from your company. It's a selling process where visitors come to your blog to seek information that could solve a problem. Through certain tools, however, you can learn how to build a relationship and build confidence with every user.

This will allow you to better understand the needs of every visitor. This will help you to offer the best information to all your users. The visitor will feel more confident buying your product when you have earned their trust. The visitor becomes a customer.

Many customers end up becoming extremely loyal customers and will buy almost any product that your site sells. The marketing funnel is a collection of all the steps involved in converting a website visitor to a buyer who is willing to buy whatever you offer.

This is the ultimate goal of any internet marketer. This can be achieved easily with a properly designed funnel.

Your marketing tools are catching people's attention and drawing them into the funnel. Once they've filled out the form on the PERSONAL lead capture page, they will be added to the funnel. I use the word "personal" because nobody is going to opt in to your lead capture for business page. They would like to be a leader, not a business.

The page for lead capture is the entrance into the funnel - when they click that "Sign Up Now" or "Enter Here" button, they are entered into an entirely new idea in network marketing.

It's their decision. It's their choice. You haven't sold them anything, except that you're a leader, mentor, and someone who can help them increase leads and more money in their businesses.

This is the way the typical marketing channel functions.

At the "front-end" you can offer an offer that is free to draw and qualify people who may have an interest to purchase your products further down the sales funnel. You must sign up to get the product for free.

Now, you can add these contacts to your email list so you can send them other relevant offers.

Signing up for the complimentary offer will take you to a webpage with low-price offers or what's called"a "trip wire offer". This is the point where they're moving to your "back-end" of your funnel.

If the person purchases the lowest priced deal, they will be directed to a comparable deal at a higher price (commonly called an upsell). If the person buys the more expensive offer, they will be taken to another related product that is priced higher. This process can be repeated for a number of years.
